Milkwood Manor on Sea offers Bed & Breakfast Accommodation in Plettenberg Bay, Garden Route. Direct access from the Manor to the beach, lagoon and ocean offers guests a unique location and experience. Most of the 13 en-suite bedrooms in this Georgian-styled delightful 4-star guest house have a private balcony and exquisite, uninterrupted views. Breakfast is served in the dining room where guests can enjoy the panoramic view across the lagoon to the beach, sparkling ocean and Tsitsikamma Mountains. What a way to start a day in paradise!
All the en-suite bathrooms have a shower, while some have a bath and a shower, some rooms have an extra large double bed and some have twin beds. All rooms are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, hospitality DSTV, hairdryer, heater, fan, electronic safe and free wi-fi is available throughout the Manor. With two lounges, one at ground floor level and one upstairs there is ample space for relaxation. The webcam panning 180 degrees is a popular feature allowing guests to show their family and friends the amazing views they're enjoying.
The rates include a full English and continental breakfast served exclusively to the Manor's guests on the terrace of the LemonGrass restaurant.
Children from 8 years are welcome.
Although on the beach, Milkwood Manor on Sea is close to the town centre with its trendy shops and many restaurants and also has quick and easy access to the N2 for those guests wishing to explore the many activities and attractions of the area. Guests will never be at a loss to fill their days as every guest is given the personal attention of the owner who will help them to take the best advantage of all there is to see and do in Plettenberg Bay and the surrounding areas.

Terms & Conditions
- The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
- Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
- If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving. - The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
- The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
- The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.
- The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
